Poor adoption is what kills most CRM rollouts, not features. The difference with ChatVCP is that there is nothing to adopt: no form, no evening data-entry session. A rep says one sentence into their phone in the car park and the work is done.

The question is not whether you have one, it is whether it is full. If your reps are updating it properly and every contract date is in there, stay where you are. If it is mostly blank fields, swapping one form for another will not change that. Companies and contacts are imported either way.

Will it understand how my reps actually speak?

South African accents, Afrikaans place and street names, and unfamiliar company names are handled. ChatVCP reads the sentence for intent rather than only transcribing it, and the audio and transcript stay on the record so any mistake is a quick correction.

What happens when there is no signal?

Notes are captured on the phone and upload when there is a connection again, so nothing is lost in a basement, a lift, or between towns.

Days, not months. Loading your companies, building your quote templates to your branding, setting up your contract terms and acceptance flow, and connecting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is included in the licence price. There is no implementation fee.

R499 per user per month, month to month. One licence covers reps, managers and office staff, and includes setup, data import, quote templates, contract flow, and the Microsoft and Google integrations. There is no setup fee and no higher tier.
